- Reapply the workflow:
- Choose an already-short MP4, MOV, or WebM and inspect duration.
- Set GIF width, frame rate, and color count.
- Convert the complete input video.
- Inspect timing, clarity, and size before download.
- If it still fails, use desktop FFmpeg or the producing application; do not claim browser support for that codec.

Boundaries that cannot be bypassed
