How to use Screen Fold: input to export

What the scene shows
The tool builds a sample interface as the folded panel: a dark gradient background, a status line, a light orb, two information cards, and a bottom button bar. It is drawn locally in the browser and is unrelated to the real desktop on your device. Use my image to fold your own screenshot or photo instead; that file also stays local.
Steps
- Drag left or right: moving away from the center changes the fold angle, and positive and negative angles fold from opposite sides.
- Use the angle slider to set any angle between -76 and 76 degrees directly.
- Start the auto demo to fold both ways continuously, then drag the panel at any time to take over.
- Start the experience for the fullscreen panel and enable tilt control on a phone to change the angle by turning the device; recalibrate sets the current pose to 0 degrees.
- The fullscreen panel keeps no permanent chrome: long-press it for about half a second, or tap the small dot in the top-right corner, to reveal the controls, which hide again after a few seconds.
- Leave with the system back gesture (browser back button or Esc); there is no in-page back button.
- Use my image to load a screenshot or photo as the folded panel.
- Export the current frame as a PNG.
What the fold angle changes
A larger absolute angle increases the perspective: the hinge side compresses, the far side rotates toward the viewer, frosted blur grows near the seam, and the panel gradually darkens. Near the maximum angle the far half becomes almost black, which is the expected result of the projection rather than a rendering error.
Device and browser requirements
Perspective, blur, and dimming are computed with WebGL; browsers without WebGL cannot render the fold. Tilt control needs device sensors and HTTPS, and some browsers ask for permission on every visit; without sensors, dragging and the slider still work.
Data handling
The scene is generated live in the browser, and any screenshot you load is only used as a texture on this device. The tool does not read your camera, microphone, or screen content, and uploads no data. The fold angle, tilt data, and any image you load stay on this device.
