When this tool is useful
Create URL, text, and Wi-Fi QR codes or scan them safely from images and camera. Use it for quick creation, classroom activities, family interaction, or personal tracking. Review the content for private information before exporting.
Steps
- Choose Generate or Scan.
- Enter content, upload an image, or explicitly start the camera.
- Review the QR code or decoded text.
- Download, copy, or safely open the result.
Before export
- Check that text is not clipped on both mobile and desktop.
- Remove names, contact details, chat content, or sensitive information in children's artwork.
- For printing, download a sample and check orientation, margins, and color.
- Keep a local project file when the tool offers one.
Privacy
Data and files are processed in this browser and are not uploaded to FreeTool to generate the result.
Current limits
- Decoded links never open automatically.
- Damaged, tiny, or low-contrast codes may not scan.
